Subprocessor change log

This list contains the changes that affect the subprocessor list of Calenso. Please note that new subprocessors will only be enabled 2 weeks after they have been announced here.

21.09.2022

We have made the following changes to our sub-processors:

• We have removed PandaDoc.
• We have added Skribble. Skribble will be used for signing GDPR DPA and contracts. It is GDPR-compliant, FADP compliant (Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection), Swiss hosted and uses AES-256 encryption to protect customer data.

We have made the following changes to our sub-processors:

• We have removed BugBattle GmbH.
• Sendinblue GmbH is now our default email provider, but Sendgrid stays available for opt-in.
• AutopilotHQ was tagged with "No customer data shared" since we only use it for sending newsletter to our registered partners, but not to customers.

• eCall-Messaging (by F24 AG in Wollerau, Switzerland)

Please note: eCall-Messaging will be added as an additional SMS provider based in Switzerland.

We have added the following new sub-processors:

• Sendinblue GmbH

Please note: Sendinblue will be enabled by default for all new partners starting 13.08.2021. Old partners can migrate from Sendgrid (US) to Sendinblue (EU) for an administration fee of 200 CHF. Please contact Calenso support if this is required.

We have added the following new sub-processors:

• Bugbattle GmbH

Bugbattle will be used so the user can report software bugs directly to Calenso. By default no data is stored without explicity initialization of Bugbattle by the user.

We will not list the sub-processors in the DPA contract anymore. The active sub-processors will only be updated on this specific website.
