Subprocessor change log
This list contains the changes that affect the subprocessor list of Calenso. Please note that new subprocessors will only be enabled 28 days after they have been announced here.
We have updated our list of subprocessors to reflect the following changes:

• Supabase – added as a subprocessor for database, authentication, and backend infrastructure services.
• Anthropic – added as a subprocessor for AI-powered language and analysis capabilities.
• OpenAI – added as a subprocessor for AI-driven features such as text generation and automation.
• Zendesk – added as a subprocessor for customer support and ticketing services (replacement for FreshDesk).
• Pinecone – added as a subprocessor to store and retrieve knowledge for the support chat using a vector database (semantic search and retrieval).
• Lovable – added as a subprocessor to provide tools such as the Calenso Helpcenter.
• HubSpot – added as a subprocessor as our CRM tool, used for managing customer relationships and sending marketing communications such as newsletters and information about subprocessor changes.
• monday.com – added as a project management and collaboration tool used in cooperation with enterprise customers.
• Atlassian Jira – added as an issue tracking and project management tool used for development, support, and enterprise customer projects.
Removals
• As part of an ongoing improvement of our support infrastructure, Calenso is currently migrating its support portal and ticketing system from Freshdesk to Zendesk. Once the migration is completed, Freshdesk will be removed from the list of subprocessors and will no longer be used.
• In addition, Ortto has been removed as a subprocessor, as it was replaced by an EU-hosted HubSpot alternative that provides improved data protection and privacy standards.
These updates enhance our customer support, self-service, and communication capabilities while maintaining our data protection and security standards.

• We have added Skribble. Skribble will be used for signing GDPR DPA and contracts. It is GDPR-compliant, FADP compliant (Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection), Swiss hosted and uses AES-256 encryption to protect customer data.
