It is now possible to connect PayPal with Calenso so that customers can pay for your services online. You can decide whether customers must pay for the service before the appointment or whether you offer the payment option voluntarily. In case of cancellation, the money will be refunded immediately.
The following things are possible with the integration:
- Customers can pay for your online services
- You can receive money from PayPal balances, credit and debit cards
- In the event of cancellation, Calenso will automatically take care of the refund. In such a case, Calenso will waive the transaction fee.

Please note the country-specific PayPal fees for online payments. Calenso charges 50 centimes or 50 cents per successful payment. These costs are charged once per quarter by invoice.
