From the customer idea to the Calenso release

A Calenso release is more than just a technical update. It is the result of an open dialog between our customers, our product team and our customer success team. Every new function, every improvement and every detail is the result of real feedback from our users. Because: what is most desired has priority. Customers can use our ideas portal to enter their ideas, vote for existing suggestions and thus directly influence which features are implemented next.

The procedure looks something like this:

  1. Submit an idea: Customers enter their suggestions directly in the ideas portal. 
  2. Community voting sets priorities: The entire community votes on which ideas are most important. 
  3. Product team reviews and plans: The best selected topics are evaluated, prioritized and included in the release planning. 
  4. Development, implementation and testing: Development is followed by internal tests and feedback rounds in test environments. 
  5. Go-Live - Deploy & Use: Only then will the new functions be officially released.

This is how we ensure that Calenso develops develops together with its users - in a practical, transparent way and with real added value.

 

Monthly releases with real improvements

Calenso publishes a new release every monthwhich, in addition to new functions, also includes performance optimizations, UI improvements and security updates. This means that all customers benefit regularly from further developments - regardless of whether they are SMEs, large companies or public administrations.
