Calenso Release November 2025 – What's included
This release introduces seven new features. It also includes numerous improvements and bug fixes, resulting in an even more stable and comfortable user experience. Partners also benefit from greater control, higher security standards, and significantly improved usability.
New functions
1. Combined services
Multiple services can now be combined into a single combined service. This is particularly helpful if an appointment involves several services or is handled by different employees. These combined services are also available in both the widget and the smart widget.
2. Clone services
You can now duplicate services with a single click. This saves you time and allows you to structure similar services more quickly. This feature also reduces your administrative workload.
3. Improved payment management
Down payments and partial payments can now be recorded directly on a specific date. This allows you to keep track of remaining amounts and down payments at all times. In addition, this enhancement enables much clearer documentation of payment processes.
4. Postal code mapping UI
A new interface makes it easier to maintain postal code assignments. This eliminates the need for a complete re-import. In addition, partner IDs are displayed both during selection and import, making administration much more efficient.
5. No-show link in the calendar
Synchronized calendar entries and ICS files now contain a direct no-show link. This allows you to immediately mark appointments as missed or confirm the customer's attendance. It also reduces internal follow-up work.
6. New appointment view
The interface for creating and editing appointments has been completely redesigned. This gives you the benefit of a clearer structure and much more intuitive navigation.
7. Flexible OTP queries
You can now specify individually when OTP (one-time password) is used—for bookings, rebookings, or cancellations. This increases your security and allows you to better adapt controls to internal processes.
