1. external booking check: Enterprise Add-on

Calenso can now check whether customers are authorized to make a booking before each booking - e.g. for contracts, memberships or individual authorizations. An external system is queried in real time for this purpose.
Result: Only those who are authorized can book. Ideal for insurance companies, fitness chains or partner networks.

Tip: Use this to prevent incorrect bookings and reduce support costs.

You can now see the Calenso system status directly in your dashboard - clear, concise and up-to-date at all times. You can see at a glance whether everything is running smoothly(green), whether there are any disruptions(orange) or whether maintenance work is being carried out(purple). This allows you to keep control of system availability at all times - without the need for external status pages or additional logins.

3. clear indication of over-licensing

Over-licensing is now highlightedin redin the Subscription area.This meansyou can see at a glance if user or resource licenses are exceeded and can adjust the license size directly.

4. categories for dynamic availabilities

Services can now also be assigned a category for dynamic availabilities. This facilitates structure, filtering and overview - especially in complex setups with many services.

5. OTP protection in the event of date changes

The One-Time-Password (OTP) now also protects rebookings and cancelations. Only authorized persons can change existing appointments - a clear plus for security and trust.

6. add-ons in the booking process (with price)

A real highlight of this release: booking questions can now be activated as add-ons with prices.
This transforms your booking process into a clever sales tool - customers can now select optional additional services directly at the appointment, for example a fruit platter, a glass of Prosecco or a technical upgrade. Depending on the setting, the price is automatically integrated into the total amount or only displayed for information purposes.

This creates a flexible, personalized booking experience that not only inspires, but also enables additional sales - without any additional effort.
