Calenso has fulfilled a great customer wish: It is now possible to make multi-day events and group appointments bookable online! The advantage of the new function is that your customer only has to register for one appointment, can see at a glance which appointments are still included and your resources are automatically no longer available on all booked appointments. One click and everything runs automatically in the background.

Book a multi-day group appointment as a customer
If your customer selects a course, e.g. English course (7 times), the next step is to select the dates in the calendar. As soon as your customer selects a free date, all the associated dates are displayed. This makes it clear straight away that the course takes place weekly on the dates listed, as in the example - and therefore lasts several days. Of course, the dates can be chosen at will and do not necessarily have to follow a regular pattern.
All the relevant details are of course also listed in the confirmation email. Your customer can unsubscribe from the multi-day group appointment via the corresponding link in the email. If your customer is only unable to attend individual dates, you as the administrator can remove this participant from the corresponding date in the dashboard.
Multiple days from the administrator's perspective
You can easily manage your multi-day group appointments in the group appointment view. In the time slots section, you can combine individual appointments into a multi-day group appointment. Visually very appealing, a fold-out main appointment is available, which contains all individual appointments. As soon as someone registers for this course, the person is also registered for all the associated dates. If someone cancels for an individual date, you can maintain and remove the participants from this date.
