Calenso has again created some new and improved functions in June. We have made you a short overview with all improvements and new features.
Extensions and innovations
- Waiting list notifications can now also be received via SMS
- Available waiting list places can be displayed in the widget
- You can now export your event participants as a PDF
- Your resources can now also be recorded in multiple languages
- The map of your location can be deactivated in the event overview
- You can now restrict the authorizations for your employees and partners. These restrictions relate to functions such as exporting customers and appointments, passwords and making settings.
- You can make a reminder for your employees for events.
- Set the time at which your customers should receive a reminder for appointments and events.
- In the settings, you can redefine whether your customers can only select one service per booking or whether they can book multiple services.
Improvements
- Appointment and event booking widget in a new design and improved use for mobile too
- The translations of the reminder messages have been improved
- Your booking questions are improved and presented more clearly in confirmation emails
- Some translations have been adjusted in your MyCalenso
- The booking questions have been improved in your booking widget
- Simplified export of event participants
