Calenso makes it very easy for them to make appointments using a questionnaire. To round it all off, a fully automated customer satisfaction measurement system is in use here.
The unique appointment configurator
BMS Suisse is an association of specialists in the building materials trade. With a wide range of products and comprehensive assortments for shell construction and interior fittings, they are represented at 120 locations and with exhibitions throughout Switzerland. In their stores, experienced experts and specialists from all areas advise small and large customers from the construction industry as well as private customers.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, consultations with interested parties will only take place on site by appointment (Click + Meet). Customers can also take part in a consultation in the digital showroom from the comfort of their own home. The relevant BMS specialist will be in the showroom and will explain the desired building materials to the customer via video chat.
Calenso was successfully implemented in October 2020. Since then, it has been easy to book an appointment with the relevant BMS expert in the web application. As this involves a large product range and consultation-intensive appointments, we have combined a configurator with the appointment booking function. Interested parties can upload documents and plans in no time at all, select various topics such as bathroom and slab advice and receive a suitable appointment with a contact person in their area.
