NKB now offers a simple and intuitive online appointment booking option on its website. Customers and interested parties can book appointments for their financial matters with an NKB advisor with just a few clicks. The new online appointment scheduling process, which takes into account the current availability of NKB's customer advisors behind the scenes, significantly reduces the time required to find an appointment. Customers can book appointments directly in the advisors' calendars, with automated confirmation and reminder emails completing the process. The system also allows advisors to send their clients a link to their calendar so that they can easily arrange free appointments.
The collaboration between NKB and Calenso was close and productive right from the start. Over a period of six months, an NKB project group worked with Calenso to tailor the form to the bank's specific needs. In the future, Calenso's flexible solution can also be used for appointments in other business areas of NKB.
