The results of the top 15 insurance companies were discussed and the success factors of the winners were listed. The Digital Insurance Experience study also examined the importance of socio-demographic factors and insurance company-related factors, such as the balance sheet, using regression analysis and statistical tests. The results show that the socio-demographic factors were not statistically significant, while the insurance company-related factors played a role in determining the scores.
