Calenso now supports the automatic creation of online meetings via GoTo-Meeting.
GoTo-Meeting is a web-hosted service created and marketed by LogMeIn. It is a software package for online meetings, desktop sharing and video conferencing that enables users to meet with other computer users, customers, clients or colleagues over the Internet in real time.
The following functions are possible with the new GoTo-Meeting integration:
- Calenso automatically creates an online meeting when the customer selects "GoTo-Meeting" as the meeting provider
- The booked employee and the end customer are automatically added to the online meeting as participants
- If the customer cancels the appointment, Calenso automatically deletes the video conference
