Calenso now supports co-browsing sessions with our partner Unblu.
The platform enables advisors to focus on what is really important: the financial well-being of their customers. The communication platform is integrated into existing channels and allows customers to contact their provider via text, video and voice solutions. It also allows clients and advisors to share information and collaborate with co-browsing tools.
If your company has a license for co-browsing, you can now connect Unblu with Calenso. When the appointment is booked, a new Unblu meeting is created via which the agent can hold a co-browsing session with the end customer (video and audio call, screen takeover).
This function is particularly exciting for corporate customers such as banks or insurance companies.
