What are Smart Actions?
Smart Actions are intelligent helpers for Calenso's customer service. They are sent automatically by Calenso, so you don't have to make any additional effort. Calenso has now implemented the first two smart helpers and makes them available to you in the Calenso Dashboard. Use the intelligent function and take customer service to a new level.
Which ones are there?
Calenso is constantly developing new Smart Actions. If you have an idea for a new function, please send us your function suggestion. We recently presented the function suggestions to you. We are also very grateful for ideas and suggestions. This allows us to tailor Calenso to the needs of our customers.
Simply say thank you!
We say thank you for you! Your customer will automatically receive a thank you message after an appointment for the appointment attended. As soon as you click on "Configure", you can customize the subject, the content of the email and the sending time after the appointment. Ask your customers if they liked it!
Google reviews are indispensable these days. That's why collecting reviews is an important marketing tool for many companies - whether for internal use or on public portals. With Calenso Smart Actions, you can now collect them automatically. As with thank you messages, you can fully customize your message to your company. Further Smart Actions
In addition to these two Smart Actions, mass cancelation has been introduced as a Smart Action. With mass cancelation, you can cancel individual and/or group appointments in a defined period with your own message with just one click. You can find all the information here.

How do I activate Smart Actions?
You can find your Smart Actions in your dashboard in the menu under "More" > "Smart Actions".
Here you will find an overview of all Smart Actions that are available or will be available soon. The categories help you to find functions for a specific purpose. Now you can click on the "Activate" slider for a desired function. As soon as it is activated, you can configure it according to your wishes. To do this, click on "Configure" below the "Activate" field. You can find out more about the configuration for thank you messages and feedback messages in the support portal. There is also a short video tutorial for each Smart Action!
If a new one is planned and already in development, it will appear as "Coming Soon". So you can already look forward to features that will appear later.
