Microsoft Teams integration in Calenso is here - it was one of the most requested features.

Microsoft Teams (abbreviated to MS Teams or just Teams) is a platform developed by Microsoft that combines chat, meetings, notes and attachments. The service is integrated into the Microsoft 365 suite with Microsoft Office and Skype/Skype for Business.

 

Microsoft Teams and Calenso

 

Simply connect an Office365 account that has licensed Teams. Then you can add it as a meeting provider to Calenso. If you have connected multiple meeting providers, your customer will be asked at the end of the booking process which provider the meeting should take place via. If a meeting is selected via Teams, Calenso automatically creates an online meeting in Teams. The customer and the booked employee each receive the link to the meeting. As soon as the appointment takes place, both parties meet online in the meeting.
